The Thapathali years.
Three of us, two desks, one fax. First contract signed on a napkin at Rum Doodle.
We're a distribution company, but the work is mostly people work — drivers, pickers, brand reps, planners, and one stubborn aunty who calibrates every shipment. Twelve years in, we still ride out together when a delivery goes sideways.
In 2014, two brothers and a logistics nerd quit their day jobs to build the country's first cold-chain-first beverage distributor. The bet was unfashionable: spend on refrigerated trucks, climate-controlled bays, and a 24-hour stock turn before chasing volume.
Twelve years later, every bottle we touch has a serial number and a temperature log. Every truck has a GPS bead. Every label on our roster signs a freshness pledge before we shake on a contract — and we've walked away from more deals than we've signed.
The pledge is simple: if it doesn't taste the way the brewmaster meant it to, we don't carry it.

Imported from Mumbai. It broke down twice. We didn't.
The contract that changed our pace — and our payroll.
Trucks ran. Bars didn't. We extended payment terms for 23 venues. They're all still with us.
1,800 pallets. Eight loading bays. One terrible inaugural ribbon-cutting playlist.
Red Bull, Somersby, a handful of premium mixers. Suddenly we're a cocktail bar's best friend.
And a new chapter we'll announce when the ink dries.
If a pallet won't move in 21 days, it doesn't enter the warehouse.
Every truck, every bay, every transfer is logged. Two degrees out of range and a bottle gets rejected before it sees a shelf — even if the customer says yes.
If a label can't sign our freshness pledge, we don't carry it. We've said no to nine brands this year alone.
Our payment terms are half the industry standard. It's how the small bars keep ordering through the dry months.
Every venue has a rep on speed dial. No call centres. No tickets.
ID checks, dry-day compliance, public-health partnerships. We're guests in the cities we serve.
Whether you're a brewmaster, a brand owner, or just someone with a really good gin you think the country should meet — we'd love to hear from you. We answer every message within a business day.
